Camera and microphone: It need access to camera in order for you to post pictures of products without the picture have being stored prior to posting so for example, if you want to post picture you can select an option to take a picture at that moment, to do this you must allow to access your camera to avoid asking you permission each time. The microphone would be needed for voice search.

Location: It need access to Location in order to booking the ambulance from the current location .So for example: If you want to book the ambulance from your current location then you need to provide a location access to do this, the giving permission each time .

Phones: The phone permission is useful for the app that allows you to place and receive calls within an app

Cancelled ambulance service requests made at least 02 hour before the scheduled service.
Technical errors or issues that prevent the delivery of the requested service. Any other exceptional circumstances as determined by [Ambulance Service Provider].
Physical Ambulance Vehicle Break Down in the service timeline.

Register the refund request through ticket management system.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 02 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
Cancellation of service within 02 hours of the scheduled service.
No-shows or unavailability at the specified location.
Refund requests made after 01 day of the completed service.

4. Exceptions: Ambulance Service Provider reserves the right to make exceptions to the refund policy in certain circumstances.
